Overview

A combination therapy consisting of Imprime PGG (a yeast-derived β-1,3/1,6 glucan pathogen-associated molecular pattern), bevacizumab (an anti-angiogenic monoclonal antibody targeting VEGF), and standard chemotherapy agents carboplatin and paclitaxel. This regimen aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by activating innate immune cells through Imprime PGG while simultaneously targeting tumor vasculature with bevacizumab and directly killing cancer cells with chemotherapy.
