Overview

IN-2504 + IN-2517 is a combination of two preclinical biologic drug candidates developed by Indivumed for the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). These assets are part of a larger portfolio (ranging from IN-2504 to IN-2517) targeting 14 distinct biologic targets with over 50 epitopes and various membrane architectures. The modalities include antibody-based approaches and other targeted biologics designed to enable blockade, targeting, or payload delivery (such as antibody-drug conjugates) depending on the specific candidate. These programs are currently in the late-stage Target Identification and Validation phase of preclinical development.
