Overview

INBRX-106 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy under clinical evaluation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. INBRX-106 is a hexavalent OX40 agonist antibody developed to induce potent costimulatory signaling in OX40-positive T cells, which promotes T-cell proliferation, survival, and effector function. Pembrolizumab is a well-established monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor to inhibit immune checkpoint signaling, restoring T-cell anti-tumor activity. This combination seeks to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by combining OX40-mediated costimulation with PD-1 checkpoint inhibition. Initial results from phase 1 clinical trials indicate the combination is generally well-tolerated and provides early clinical activity in select tumor types[1][2][3][4][5].
