INBRX-106 + pembrolizumab

INBRX-106 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy under clinical evaluation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. INBRX-106 is a hexavalent OX40 agonist antibody developed to induce potent costimulatory signaling in OX40-positive T cells, which promotes T-cell proliferation, survival, and effector function.
