Overview

INBRX-109 + temozolomide is a combination therapy comprised of INBRX-109 (ozekibart), a recombinant humanized tetravalent antibody targeting death receptor 5 (DR5), and temozolomide, an oral alkylating agent. INBRX-109 functions as a DR5 agonist and induces apoptosis selectively in tumor cells over normal cells, exploiting the tumor-biased cell death induced by DR5 activation. The combination of INBRX-109 with temozolomide has been investigated in phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced or metastatic Ewing sarcoma and other solid tumors. INBRX-109 is developed by Inhibrx Biosciences and has shown promising safety and efficacy profiles in early studies, including durable disease control rates and a favorable safety profile when used alone or in combination with chemotherapy. Temozolomide is a well-established chemotherapeutic agent primarily used in gliomas and sarcomas.
