Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**INCAGN01876 + nivolumab** is an investigational combination therapy consisting of INCAGN01876 (also known as ragifilimab), a glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR) agonistic monoclonal antibody, and nivolumab, a programmed death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor monoclonal antibody. INCAGN01876 is designed to activate immune responses against tumors by promoting effector T-cell activity and diminishing regulatory T-cell suppression, while nivolumab blocks PD-1 to prevent T-cell exhaustion and enhance anti-tumor immunity. This combination has been evaluated in clinical trials for advanced or metastatic solid tumors (including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and cervical cancer), as well as recurrent glioblastoma.
