INCAGN01876 + nivolumab + ipilimumab is a three-drug combination regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced cancers. INCAGN01876 is a monoclonal antibody that targets the checkpoint receptor LAG-3, acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance T-cell activation. This combination is not approved for clinical use; both nivolumab and ipilimumab are developed and commercialized by Bristol Myers Squibb, while INCAGN01876 is developed by Incyte.
