INCAGN01949 + ipilimumab

INCAGN01949 + ipilimumab is an investigational combination of two immune-modulating monoclonal antibodies: INCAGN01949, a fully human IgG1κ antibody targeting OX40 (CD134) as an agonist to stimulate T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immune responses, and ipilimumab, a checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4 to enhance T-cell activation.
