Overview

INCAGN01949 + ipilimumab is an investigational combination of two immune-modulating monoclonal antibodies: INCAGN01949, a fully human IgG1κ antibody targeting OX40 (CD134) as an agonist to stimulate T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immune responses, and ipilimumab, a checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4 to enhance T-cell activation. This combination aims to induce synergistic anti-tumor activity by simultaneously activating T cells and blocking an inhibitory pathway. INCAGN01949 is developed by Incyte. Ipilimumab is an approved anti-cancer immunotherapy. The combination has been studied in advanced/metastatic solid tumors, focusing on refractory cancers, to assess safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor efficacy[3][5][7][2].
