Overview

INCAGN01949 + nivolumab is an investigational combination therapy composed of INCAGN01949, a fully human monoclonal antibody that agonizes OX40 (CD134), and nivolumab, a PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor. INCAGN01949 is designed to promote tumor-specific immunity by enhancing effector T-cell activation and depleting regulatory T cells through Fcγ receptor-mediated mechanisms, whereas nivolumab blocks PD-1 to prevent inhibition of T-cell activation, thereby restoring anti-tumor immunity. The combination is being studied for its potential synergistic effects in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including those refractory to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapies[2][3][5].
