Indocyanine green + autologous extracellular vesicles (EV-ICG) is an investigational diagnostic imaging agent developed by the **Università degli Studi di Milano**. It consists of the near-infrared fluorescent dye **indocyanine green (ICG)** encapsulated within **autologous extracellular vesicles** (EVs) derived from the patient's own blood or tissue.
