Drug intelligence / Profile preview
inetetamab + HB1801 is a hypothetical or non-standard combination regimen consisting of inetetamab (Cipterbin), a recombinant humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody, and HB1801, an albumin-bound nanoparticle formulation of docetaxel. Inetetamab targets subdomain IV of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and features an engineered Fc region designed to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). HB1801 is a solvent-free, albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation of the microtubule-stabilizing taxane chemotherapy docetaxel, designed to improve safety and tolerability by avoiding the hypersensitivity-inducing solvents (polysorbate 80 and ethanol) used in conventional docetaxel. While both agents are developed by Chinese pharmaceutical companies (Sunshine Guojian and CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, respectively) and target HER2-positive cancers, there is no active clinical development or registered trial evaluating this specific combination; the actual clinical-stage combination under phase 3 development is anbenitamab (KN026) plus HB1801.
