Influenza vaccine + ZFA02 is an investigational quadrivalent inactivated split-virion influenza vaccine adjuvanted with ZFA02, developed by Zhifei Biological (specifically its subsidiary Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biopharmaceutical). The vaccine is designed to provide protection against four seasonal influenza strains, typically including two Influenza A subtypes (H1N1 and H3N2) and two Influenza B lineages (Victoria and Yamagata). The inclusion of the proprietary ZFA02 adjuvant is intended to enhance the magnitude and duration of the immune response, potentially improving efficacy or allowing for dose sparing. The candidate is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity in human subjects.
