InnoPCV + PD-1 inhibitor is an investigational combination immunotherapy regimen being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The regimen consists of InnoPCV, an individualized neoantigen-based mRNA cancer vaccine developed by InnoSera (Beijing) Biotechnology, and a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) checkpoint inhibitor. InnoPCV is designed by sequencing a patient's tumor to identify unique neoantigens, which are then encoded into an mRNA platform to stimulate a personalized T-cell response. The addition of a PD-1 inhibitor is intended to synergistically enhance this immune response by blocking the inhibitory PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, thereby preventing T-cell exhaustion and promoting sustained anti-tumor activity. This combination is currently undergoing Phase Ia/Ib clinical testing to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with various advanced solid malignancies.
