INV-1120 + pembrolizumab

INV-1120 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of INV-1120, an orally available, highly selective prostaglandin E2 receptor 4 (EP4) antagonist developed by Ionova, and pembrolizumab (marketed as Keytruda), a monoclonal antibody against programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) developed by MSD (Merck & Co.). INV-1120 is designed to modulate the tumor microenvironment by inhibiting EP4, increasing T cell infiltration and regulating macrophage function to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Pembrolizumab blocks PD-1, thereby enhancing T-cell-mediated immune responses against tumors. The combination is currently being studied in phase 1b trials for its safety and preliminary efficacy in adults with advanced solid tumors[1][3][5][7][9].
