Overview

**Iparomlimab + tuvonralimab** is a fixed-ratio PD-1/CTLA-4 immune-checkpoint antibody combination developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical and marketed in China as **齐倍安**. It combines iparomlimab, an anti-PD-1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody, with tuvonralimab, an anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody engineered for a shorter elimination half-life. The product blocks PD-1- and CTLA-4-mediated inhibitory signaling to enhance antitumor T-cell activity; CTLA-4 targeting can also promote depletion of intratumoral regulatory T cells through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. It received conditional marketing approval in China for recurrent or refractory cervical cancer after progression on platinum-based chemotherapy and is being evaluated in several solid tumors, including locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
