Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Iparomlimab + tuvonralimab** is a fixed-ratio immunotherapy product developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical that combines two engineered immune-checkpoint monoclonal antibodies: iparomlimab, an anti-PD-1 IgG4 antibody, and tuvonralimab, an anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 antibody. The product, also known as QL1706 and marketed in China as 齐倍安, blocks PD-1- and CTLA-4-mediated inhibitory signaling to enhance antitumor T-cell activity; the CTLA-4 component is designed to retain effector activity that may reduce CTLA-4-positive regulatory T cells. It received conditional marketing approval in China for recurrent or metastatic cervical carcinoma progressing after platinum-based chemotherapy and is being studied in additional solid tumors, including advanced colorectal adenocarcinoma.
