Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**iparomlimab + tuvonralimab + paclitaxel + cisplatin + bevacizumab** is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the first-line treatment of persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer. The regimen consists of iparomlimab and tuvonralimab (QL1706), a first-in-class bifunctional MabPair product containing a mixture of anti-PD-1 (iparomlimab) and anti-CTLA-4 (tuvonralimab) monoclonal antibodies co-produced from a single cell line; paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing taxane chemotherapy; cisplatin, a platinum-based alkylating chemotherapy (with carboplatin as an alternative); and bevacizumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to inhibit angiogenesis. In the Phase III QL1706-301 trial (NCT05446883), the addition of QL1706 to standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel + cisplatin/carboplatin) with or without bevacizumab demonstrated a significant improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer.
