This combination therapy is a chemo-immunotherapy regimen being evaluated for the treatment of stage III unresectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It consists of two monoclonal antibodies developed by Akeso Biopharma: **iparomlimab** (AK105), a humanized IgG1 antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, and **tuvonralimab** (AK107), a monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4). The combination of these two antibodies is also referred to as **AK130**. These immunotherapies are administered alongside **paclitaxel polymer micelles**, a nanoparticle formulation designed to improve the solubility and delivery of paclitaxel, and a platinum-based chemotherapy agent, either **cisplatin** or **carboplatin**. The regimen aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses through dual checkpoint blockade while leveraging the cytotoxic effects of microtubule stabilization and DNA cross-linking provided by the chemotherapy components.
