Ipatasertib + docetaxel is a combination therapy consisting of **ipatasertib**, an oral, selective, ATP-competitive inhibitor of **AKT (protein kinase B)**, and **docetaxel**, an intravenous chemotherapeutic agent classified as a taxane that acts as a microtubule inhibitor.
