Irinotecan + nedaplatin is a chemotherapy combination regimen that has been studied for treating various types of cancer. Irinotecan is a topoisomerase I inhibitor, while nedaplatin is a platinum-based antineoplastic agent similar to cisplatin but with potentially reduced toxicity. This combination has shown efficacy in treating primary advanced and recurrent cervical cancer, advanced germ cell tumors, and clear cell carcinoma.
