Overview

ABSK-011 + atezolizumab + bevacizumab is an investigational triplet combination therapy being developed for the treatment of advanced or unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), specifically in patients with FGF19 overexpression. The regimen consists of **irpagratinib** (ABSK-011), a highly selective small-molecule inhibitor of Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4 (FGFR4); **atezolizumab**, a monoclonal antibody targeting Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1); and **bevacizumab**, a monoclonal antibody targeting Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). By targeting the FGF19-FGFR4 signaling axis, which is a key driver in a subset of HCC, alongside immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenesis, the triplet aims to provide a synergistic therapeutic effect. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials (NCT05441475).
