Overview

**Isatuximab + pegenzileukin** is an experimental combination therapy being investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). Isatuximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD38, which induces apoptosis and immune-mediated killing of myeloma cells. Pegenzileukin (SAR444245) is a recombinant pegylated interleukin-2 agonist (cytokine therapy), designed to selectively stimulate anti-tumor immune activity, particularly through activation and expansion of effector T cells and NK cells, while limiting expansion of regulatory T cells. The two drugs are delivered via intravenous infusion, with pegenzileukin typically given every two weeks and isatuximab administered weekly for the first four weeks, then biweekly. This combination is being evaluated for its potential to improve response rates and durability in patients who have failed previous therapies[1][3][5].
