Isolyte + Lactated Ringer's + normal saline

This is a combination of three different intravenous crystalloid solutions used for fluid therapy: **Isolyte P**: A pediatric maintenance fluid solution containing salts of potassium and sodium, including sodium metabisulphite. **Lactated Ringer's solution**: An isotonic crystalloid solution containing sodium lactate, which the body metabolizes to bicarbonate. It helps make the body less acidic and is often used for treating conditions such as sepsis where the body becomes very acidic. It contains sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, and lactate. **Normal saline**: An isotonic solution of 0.9% sodium chloride in water. It has a higher chloride content than Lactated Ringer's, which can sometimes cause renal vasoconstriction affecting blood flow to the kidneys. These solutions are used for hydration, electrolyte replacement, and as delivery systems for compatible drug additives. Each has different properties and compatibility profiles with medications.
