Overview

Ivuxolimab (PF-04518600) and utomilumab (PF-05082566) are investigational, fully humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibodies developed by Pfizer for the treatment of advanced cancers. Ivuxolimab targets OX40, a receptor on memory T-cells, promoting their division and survival while suppressing regulatory T-cell activity to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Utomilumab targets 4-1BB (CD137), a costimulatory receptor on activated T-cells and natural killer cells, stimulating these immune cells to augment anti-tumor activity. The combination is designed to synergistically activate the immune system against tumor cells. Both agents have demonstrated safety and preliminary antitumor activity in early-phase clinical trials for advanced solid tumors[1][2][3][5].
