ixazomib + pegylated liposomal doxorubicin + dexamethasone

This is a combination regimen consisting of **ixazomib**, an oral small molecule proteasome inhibitor; **pegylated liposomal doxorubicin** (PLD), a cytotoxic anthracycline antibiotic encapsulated in a liposomal carrier to reduce cardiotoxicity; and **dexamethasone**, a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid.
