JAB-3068 + toripalimab

JAB-3068 + toripalimab is a combination therapy comprising JAB-3068, an orally administered small molecule inhibitor targeting Src homology phosphotyrosyl phosphatase 2 (SHP2), and toripalimab, a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). JAB-3068 inhibits SHP2, a protein phosphatase involved in the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway, frequently dysregulated in cancer. Toripalimab blocks PD-1-mediated immune evasion by tumor cells, enhancing antitumor immune responses.
