Overview

JCAR017 + CC-99282 is an investigational combination therapy for relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, notably including various forms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. **JCAR017 (lisocabtagene maraleucel)** is a CD19-directed, autologous, genetically modified chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy. It reprograms the patient's own T cells to target and kill CD19-expressing B cells, a hallmark of many lymphomas. **CC-99282** is an oral CELMoD (cereblon E3 ligase modulator) small molecule designed to degrade Ikaros and Aiolos proteins, key transcription factors in B-cell malignancy survival, thereby enhancing T-cell and NK-cell mediated cytotoxicity. The combination is being evaluated to determine safety, tolerability, and effectiveness in B-cell lymphomas[1][3][4][6].
