JCXH-211 + anti-PD-1 antibody is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of malignant solid tumors. JCXH-211 is an investigational agent that inhibits the tumor infiltration of polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells (PMN-MDSCs), thereby reducing immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. When combined with an anti-PD-1 antibody, this regimen enhances recruitment of T cells and NK cells into tumors, leading to improved antitumor immune responses. Preclinical studies have shown that this combination can eradicate established tumors and induce protective immune memory without significant systemic toxicity. The combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial using intratumoral injection of JCXH-211 alongside intravenous administration of an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (such as toripalimab) in patients with malignant solid tumors[1][2][3][4].
