Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JMT101 + HB1801 is an investigational **combination therapy** consisting of JMT101, a recombinant anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody, and HB1801, a novel albumin-bound docetaxel formulation. JMT101 targets the extracellular domain of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), inhibiting EGFR signaling and inducing antitumor immune effects such as antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. HB1801 delivers docetaxel using albumin particles, designed to improve bioavailability and therapeutic index compared to conventional docetaxel. The combination is being developed for the treatment of **squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC)**, with studies evaluating its efficacy and safety in this indication. JMT101 is being developed by Shanghai JMT-Bio, and HB1801 is developed by CSPC ZhongQi Pharmaceutical Technology; the combination is under clinical investigation, particularly in China, and has reached phase II/III evaluation.
