Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JMT101 + mFOLFOX6 is a combination regimen consisting of **JMT101**, a fully human monoclonal IgG1 antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), together with the chemotherapy regimen **mFOLFOX6**. mFOLFOX6 is a standard combination of folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), and oxaliplatin, widely used in the treatment of colorectal and other gastrointestinal cancers. JMT101 acts as an EGFR inhibitor, blocking EGFR-mediated signaling in tumor cells, while mFOLFOX6 exerts cytotoxic effects by disrupting DNA synthesis and repair. The combination aims to enhance antitumor activity, particularly in patients with wild-type RAS, non-BRAF V600E mutant cancers, especially colorectum and appendix. JMT101 is developed by Shanghai JMT-Bio Technology, and the regimen has shown promising efficacy and tolerability in early trials for advanced colorectal cancer[1][2][6].
