JP-1366 + meloxicam

JP-1366 + meloxicam is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents. JP-1366 is a novel and potent potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that selectively and strongly inhibits gastric H+/K+-ATPase activity, leading to suppression of gastric acid secretion. It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models for treating acid-related diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gastric ulcers[6]. Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that preferentially inhibits cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. It is primarily used to treat osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and other musculoskeletal pain conditions[1][2][3]. The combination may be investigated or considered for use where both acid suppression and anti-inflammatory effects are desired.
