Overview

JRF101 + chemoradiation is a combination therapy regimen being developed by Shenzhen Jinruijiye Biotechnology for the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM). The novel component, JRF101, is a small molecule inhibitor delivered via a liposomal formulation that targets the transcription factor FOXM1 (Forkhead Box M1). FOXM1 is a key regulator of the cell cycle and DNA damage response, and its overexpression in GBM is associated with tumor progression, stemness, and resistance to standard therapies. By inhibiting FOXM1, JRF101 is designed to sensitize glioma cells to the cytotoxic effects of standard-of-care chemoradiation, which typically consists of temozolomide and radiotherapy. The program has received IND clearance and is entering Phase 1 clinical evaluation.
