Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS201 + lenvatinib is an investigational combination therapy being studied for small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). JS201 is a dual antibody targeting both PD-1 and TGF-β signaling pathways. It aims to optimize the tumor microenvironment by inhibiting extracellular matrix formation and angiogenesis, while potentially increasing immune response. Lenvatinib (brand name LENVIMA) is an established multikinase inhibitor with immunomodulatory effects. It is approved for use in several cancer types, often combined with other therapies. This combination is currently being evaluated in a phase II clinical study for SCLC that has progressed after prior chemotherapy and PD-L1 inhibitors. The study assesses efficacy (primary endpoint: objective response rate) and safety.
