Overview

JS207 + tifcemalimab is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience for the treatment of advanced malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). JS207 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), combining immune checkpoint inhibition with anti-angiogenic activity. Tifcemalimab (JS004) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA), a co-inhibitory molecule. By combining these agents, the therapy aims to overcome resistance to standard immunotherapies by simultaneously blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, inhibiting VEGF-mediated angiogenesis, and modulating the BTLA/HVEM inhibitory pathway to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.
