Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JSKN016 + tislelizumab is a **combination therapy** under clinical investigation for advanced cancers, particularly **non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)** and **HER2-negative breast cancer**. JSKN016 is an experimental drug developed by Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals. Tislelizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting **programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)**, functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Tislelizumab blocks the PD-1 receptor on T cells, preventing interaction with its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2) on tumor and immune cells, promoting T-cell mediated antitumor activity. The combination aims to harness immune checkpoint blockade alongside novel mechanisms contributed by JSKN016, enhancing antitumor immune response. The combination is currently being evaluated in phase 1 trials for locally advanced/metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer and phase 1/2 trials for advanced NSCLC[1][3].
