Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JSKN033 + platinum is a combination therapy being developed by Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. JSKN033 is a proprietary high-concentration subcutaneous co-formulation consisting of an anti-HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), JSKN003, and a PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, envafolimab. JSKN003 targets two non-overlapping epitopes of the HER2 extracellular domain and is conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a cleavable linker. Envafolimab is a single-domain antibody targeting PD-L1. This combination is being evaluated alongside platinum-based chemotherapy (such as cisplatin or carboplatin) as a first-line treatment to leverage the synergistic effects of HER2-targeted cytotoxicity, immune checkpoint blockade, and DNA-damaging chemotherapy.
