Overview

JTX-2011 + pembrolizumab is a combination of two investigational/approved immunotherapies for the treatment of advanced and refractory solid tumors. **JTX-2011** (vopratelimab) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist at Inducible T-cell CO-Stimulator (ICOS), leading to stimulation of effector CD4 T cells and depletion of intratumoral regulatory T cells. It enhances anti-tumor immune responses but requires T cell priming and Fc cross-linking for optimal effect[1][8]. **Pembrolizumab** is a PD-1 blocking antibody (marketed as Keytruda) that prevents immune escape by inhibiting PD-1 signaling on T cells, promoting T cell-mediated anti-tumor activity. The combination is designed to augment immune activation via dual checkpoint and costimulatory pathway targeting. In clinical studies, this combination has been evaluated in subjects with various solid tumors[2][4].
