Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kanglaite + anlotinib is a combination therapy that pairs two anti-cancer agents with different mechanisms of action. Kanglaite (KLT) is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation derived from Coix seed oil, while anlotinib is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The combination aims to leverage Kanglaite's ability to improve efficacy and reduce toxicity of conventional treatments alongside anlotinib's antiangiogenic and anti-tumor properties.
