Kanglaite + gemcitabine

Kanglaite + gemcitabine is a combination therapy used primarily in the treatment of advanced cancers, notably pancreatic cancer. Kanglaite is an injectable preparation derived from the oil of *Coix lacryma-jobi* (coix seed), a traditional Chinese medicinal herb. It exhibits broad-spectrum antitumor activity, potentially by interfering with the cell cycle and halting tumor cells in the G2/M phase, thereby inhibiting mitosis and proliferation[1][2][3].
