Overview

**KAZ954 + spartalizumab** is an investigational combination therapy of two monoclonal antibodies for advanced solid tumors. KAZ954 is a monoclonal antibody targeting ENTPD2 (Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 2), which modulates the tumor microenvironment by regulating extracellular nucleotide levels and immune cell activity. By blocking ENTPD2, KAZ954 can stimulate anti-tumor T cell responses. Spartalizumab (PDR001) is an anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor designed to enhance the immune system’s ability to recognize and kill cancer cells by blocking the PD-1 protein on T cells. The combination is being studied for potential enhanced immunomodulatory and anti-cancer effects versus monotherapy[1][3].
