Overview

KD6001 + tislelizumab + bevacizumab is a combination regimen of three monoclonal antibodies developed for immunotherapy and antiangiogenic therapy in advanced cancers. - **KD6001** is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4. It inhibits the immune checkpoint CTLA-4, enhancing T-cell-mediated anti-tumor responses[1][3]. - **Tislelizumab** is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1. It blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), reactivating T-cell anti-tumor immunity[2][4]. - **Bevacizumab** is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting VEGF-A, thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. This combination is in early-phase clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors, including hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors, to harness immune checkpoint blockade and angiogenesis inhibition[3].
