Overview

KM257 + docetaxel is a combination therapy under investigation for advanced HER2-negative breast cancer. KM257 is a bispecific antibody developed to target HER2-negative cancers and is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy, both as a monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy agents, including docetaxel. Docetaxel is a clinically established antineoplastic agent that acts as a microtubule inhibitor, promoting microtubule assembly and stabilization, thereby preventing cell division and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. The combination aims to leverage the targeted activity of KM257 with the cytotoxic effects of docetaxel to improve clinical outcomes in difficult-to-treat cancers.
