KN026 + paclitaxel

KN026 + paclitaxel is a combination therapy of **KN026**, a humanized recombinant bispecific antibody that targets *two distinct domains* (domain II and IV) of the **HER2 receptor** (mimicking the binding of both trastuzumab and pertuzumab), and **paclitaxel**, a classic microtubule inhibitor chemotherapy agent.
