KRAS (G12V) A*11 CAR-T is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Myrio Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12V mutation, specifically in patients expressing the HLA-A*11 allele. The therapy involves engineering T cells to express a CAR that recognizes the KRAS G12V neoantigen peptide when presented by HLA-A*11 on the surface of tumor cells. This targeted approach aims to induce selective T-cell mediated lysis of cancer cells in indications such as lung, pancreatic, and colon cancers, while sparing healthy cells that do not present the specific mutation-HLA complex. The program is currently in the discovery stage of development.
