Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KRAS (G12V) A*11 T Cell Engager is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody being developed by Myrio Therapeutics. It is designed to target the KRAS G12V neoantigen presented by the HLA-A*11 major histocompatibility complex (MHC) on the surface of tumor cells. By simultaneously binding to this specific peptide-HLA complex and the CD3 receptor on T cells, the drug facilitates the recruitment and activation of T cells to selectively kill tumor cells expressing the KRAS G12V mutation. This therapeutic candidate is currently in the discovery phase for the treatment of KRAS G12V-mutated solid tumors, including lung, pancreatic, and colon cancers.
