l-arginine + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + prednisolone + vincristine

This is a combination regimen consisting of five agents: l-arginine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisolone, and vincristine. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication; doxorubicin is an anthracycline antibiotic that intercalates DNA and inhibits topoisomerase II; vincristine is a vinca alkaloid that disrupts microtubule formation; prednisolone is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic effects on certain cancer cells. L-arginine is an amino acid sometimes investigated for its potential immunomodulatory or metabolic effects but not standard in established chemotherapy regimens. The core four-drug combination (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone/prednisone) forms the well-known CHOP regimen used primarily to treat non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other lymphoid malignancies[2][5][6].
