Overview

L-DOS47 + vinorelbine + cisplatin is an experimental combination regimen involving three agents: L-DOS47, a targeted immunoconjugate developed to convert tumor microenvironment urea into ammonia and modulate tumor pH; vinorelbine, a semisynthetic vinca alkaloid that inhibits microtubule assembly resulting in mitotic arrest; and cisplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that causes DNA crosslinking and apoptosis. This combination is primarily being investigated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and is designed to leverage both cytotoxic and antitumor immune-modulating mechanisms. Vinorelbine and cisplatin are established agents for NSCLC, while L-DOS47 is under clinical evaluation as an immunotherapy.
