Nu-femme is a standardized herbal combination supplement developed by Biotropics Malaysia Berhad, consisting of water extracts from *Labisia pumila* (marketed as SLP+®) and *Eurycoma longifolia* (marketed as Physta®). *Labisia pumila*, known as Kacip Fatimah, contains flavonoids and phenolic compounds (notably gallic acid) and exhibits phytoestrogenic properties. *Eurycoma longifolia*, known as Tongkat Ali, contains quassinoids like eurycomanone and peptides that influence testosterone production. The combination is primarily indicated for the management of peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, including hot flushes, by balancing hormonal levels in women.
