lactulose + rifaximin + bromocriptine

This is a combination therapy consisting of lactulose, rifaximin, and bromocriptine. While lactulose and rifaximin are commonly used together for the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy (HE), the addition of bromocriptine to this combination is not standard practice based on available literature. Lactulose is a non-absorbable disaccharide that works by reducing ammonia production and absorption in the intestine.
