**Lansoprazole + sodium bicarbonate** is an oral, immediate-release fixed-dose acid-suppression product developed and manufactured by Xiamen Encheng. It contains lansoprazole, a proton-pump inhibitor that irreversibly inhibits the gastric parietal-cell hydrogen/potassium ATPase, together with sodium bicarbonate, an antacid that rapidly neutralizes gastric acid and protects lansoprazole from acid degradation before absorption. Marketed in China as **耐达欣**, the capsule contains lansoprazole 30 mg plus sodium bicarbonate 1,100 mg and is approved for acid-related disorders including gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, anastomotic ulcer, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
