**Lasmiditan + topiramate** is a combination of two drugs used in the context of migraine management, though there is no known single marketed product combining the two as a fixed-dose formulation. Lasmiditan is a highly selective serotonin 5-HT1F receptor agonist approved for the acute treatment of migraine attacks. It acts primarily through neuronal pathways to inhibit trigeminal nerve-mediated pain without causing vasoconstriction, distinguishing it from triptans. Topiramate is a small molecule anticonvulsant commonly used as a migraine preventive; it works through multiple mechanisms including enhancement of GABAergic inhibitory transmission, antagonism of AMPA/kainate glutamate receptors, inhibition of voltage-gated sodium channels, and weak inhibition of carbonic anhydrase.
